About the Artist
Lizzie Cornelius captures the images of seaside life by deconstructing the photographic images and reconstructing paintings in her unique simple and honest style. In her own words "Very early one summers morning, camera in hand, I noticed the seagulls sitting on the groynes, unusually they were all doing their "own" thing; with different expressions on their faces caught….back to the easel to recreate it!
