Hand carved and painted wooden bird sculpture of a flock of six Dunlins captured in flight and mounted on a wooden plinth. Classic, elegant, full of detail and very tactile.

The Dunlin is a small wader forming large flocks on coastal mudflats or sandy beaches. Large numbers can often be seen swirling in synchronized flight on stop-overs during migration.

Made from sustainable wood, each sculpture has a lovely authentic and highly individual character. Each carved bird and base is unique and therefore may vary slightly.

All the birds in this range are designed in the UK by British artists and produced in Bali under fair trading conditions.
