Ultraframe roof systems
Ultraframe roof systems come in four different types:
- Classic System
- Elevation System
- Elevation - Hipped System
- uZone System
The Classic roof system is elegant and contemporary, derived from the classical Victorian era. The optimum glazed areas allow for maximum light penetration and aluminium structural members and PVCu profiles are used to reduce bulky details
This system offers the flexibility to cope with any roof design and configuration.
Offered in a complete range of polycarbonate and glazing options [including 24, 25, 32 and 35mm] and profile colour options including white, deeplas, brown, mahogany, light oak and rosewood.
A major benefit and indirect cost saving is obtained by the roof being pre-fabricated in the factory to ensure rapid, snag-free on-site installation. Through speed of fabrication and installation, labour times are kept to a minimum.
The Elevation roof system is configured for use at between 2.5º and 10º - a fully variable roof pitch. 2.5º is the lowest pitch attainable in a practical on-site application, meaning that Elevation is suitable for use on almost any property - even bungalows and irregular shaped buildings. It's clean lines gives it a contemporary feel that is sure to be a hit with the new generation of lean-to buyers. With a free span of up to 4.4 metres before additional purlin supports are required, the Elevation roof is not only perfect for domestic conservatories but commercial applications too. Thermally efficient design to meet current and anticipated regulations, a unique specification polycarbonate in a choice of colours, available in White, Deeplas, Light Oak and Rosewood to match existing door and window finishes.
The Elevation Hipped wing system design floods the conservatory with light, overcomes the needs for firrings and creates an open and airy roof area which will sit stylishly with any property.
The roof can span up to 4 metres making it perfect for both domestic conservatories and commercial applications.
The Uzone system has a unique Clicklock technology means that there are 75% fewer installation steps than with traditional systems - a 3x3 Victorian roof can be fitted in less than 45 minutes!
Available in Victorian or Georgian styles up to 4m x 4m and now offer the Uzone roofs 'unglazed for glass'. The is the most fitter friendly roofing system on the market and saves costs on installation due to rapid installation times.
