The stylised Blue Fish range of trays have been designed by British textile designer Asta Barrington. They are then individually manufactured to the highest standards from the finest Scandinavian Birch wood in Sweden.

The wood is cut from a single sheet of birch, with no knots to interrupt the fine-grained surface. Each tray is painstakingly formed by hand before a high-quality finish seals in the design, ensuring dishwasher safety and a lifetime of use.
