cornish coast butter dish

cornish coast butter dish

Stock: - Out of Stock

Butter dish in fine bone china decorated with Cornish Coast motifs sailing around the base and finished with a starfish on the lid by UK ceramic artist Julia Davey.

The standard sized butter dish easily holds a rectangular 250g block of butter (as seen in the photo). Sits beautifully with our other pieces in the range including milk jugs and mugs, perfect breakfast accompaniments.

Each fine bone china butter dish is cast in a small factory in Stoke on Trent. They are then individually hand decorated with digital transfers and hand painted dots of silver lustre in Julia's Somerset studio.

Dishwasher safe, though it must be pointed out that the silver dots of lustre may lose their shine over time as this form of washing is abrasive to them.

Orders placed after 1pm will despatch the following working day (subject to availability and location) except possibly during busy periods such as the run-up to Christmas, Bank Holidays and over weekends. We will always inform you if there is a delay to shipping. Orders placed on or before our advertised Christmas last shipping date will be shipped in time for Christmas. If you are any doubt please call us, we are here to help.

International & Channel Islands
We have shipped to many different places across the world including the USA, Europe, Australia, Jamaica, Canada, Russia, Hong Kong and Singapore. Our initial shipping rate for International destinations is £14.95. Please note that £14.95 is an estimate only, the actual cost could be higher. Because of the sometimes large cost involved in shipping to some areas we will only ever charge shipping to you at the same rate it costs us. The final shipping rate is calculated based on weight, volume and final destination and we will endeavour to find the most efficient method of getting the goods to you (this could include splitting over boxes, using a different courier etc).

We will contact you after the placement of your order via email or phone by the next working day (UK time zone) with the exact delivery charge, whether more or less than the estimate and refund if necessary.

Please note: As the buyer of the goods you are responsible for paying any local taxes or import duties that may be incurred (if applicable) when the goods enter your country.
