Crescent of Fish Tealight Holder

Crescent of Fish Tealight Holder

The Jo Downs tealight holder is created by bending and manipulating a square fused glass crescent of fish straight out of the kiln and then left to cool.

The Cornish pilchards swimming in a crescent within the tealight are cut from copper then fused between layers of glass sprinkled with blue and turquoise enamel powder. This powder produces a chemical reaction within the kiln creating the unique air bubbles - it's not until the dish is removed from the kiln that the final effect can be seen.

Each piece is truly unique and would be treasured by anyone who owned it. It comes packed in a Jo Downs presentation box.

International & Channel Islands
We have shipped to many different places across the world including the USA, Europe, Australia, Jamaica, Canada, Russia, Hong Kong and Singapore. Our initial shipping rate for International destinations is £14.95. Please note that £14.95 is an estimate only, the actual cost could be higher. Because of the sometimes large cost involved in shipping to some areas we will only ever charge shipping to you at the same rate it costs us. The final shipping rate is calculated based on weight, volume and final destination and we will endeavour to find the most efficient method of getting the goods to you (this could include splitting over boxes, using a different courier etc).

We will contact you after the placement of your order via email or phone by the next working day (UK time zone) with the exact delivery charge, whether more or less than the estimate and refund if necessary.

Please note: As the buyer of the goods you are responsible for paying any local taxes or import duties that may be incurred (if applicable) when the goods enter your country.
